A foodie’s dream wedding come true.

This has to be one of my favorite weddings from 2012. And why, do you ask?  Well… other than the fact that Peter and Robert were able to celebrate their 20+ year relationship by getting married (as if that’s not enough!), they hired the crazy talented caterers Fire Roasted Catering (look them up, you’re going to want these guys in your rolodex if they aren’t already).  What a perfect vision for a fall wedding… autumnal air, leaves falling,  pumpkin soup, and a rib roast on an open fire (not to mention the fig, cured meats and cheese plate, house made pâté and roast beef crostini…can you tell I’m obsessed?).  The wedding took place on a private estate in Connecticut and the whole affair was designed by the lovely Kristie Bishop of The KB Event.  They ate, they drank, they laughed and they danced well into the night to jazz. I wish they’d do it all over again and have me as a guest!  Peter & Robert- THANK YOU for letting us be a part of your day. Air Museum wedding by Rad + In Love

Check these two out!  What a theme, what an inspired wedding and what a sweet couple.  Meet Erin and Matt.  Matt has been working on getting his pilots license, and the two were happy when they learned that one of their favorite places, The Planes of Fame Air Museum, hosted events. They embraced the vintage travel theme from top to bottom, and did it with such flair. Erin crafted invitations to look like vintage airline tickets, her best girls dressed with a nod to flight attendants of the 60s, and lots of other rad touches. Love these two!

Upstate NY- I love you

I’ll admit I’m having a bit of a nostalgic moment as I think about some of the wonderful and wild times I’ve had in upstate NY.  Oh, and I also got married in upstate NY.  What is it about that area?  Love.  Speaking of love…I’m loving this wedding recently photographed by Brooke and I’m pretty certain you will too.  Dana, you’re freaking adorable.  Chris, you’re lookin’ sharp my friend.  As Brooke has pointed out, you had one helluva wedding and we are so incredibly psyched you chose to work with us.  Congratulations and best wishes to you both! xoxo
